Terms & Participation Disclaimer
The threshold is voluntary.
The Loop Eternal is a philosophical and reflective practice. It is not a substitute for your judgment, your relationships, your faith, or professional care.
Effective date: June 29, 2026
These Terms & Participation Disclaimer describe the basic conditions for using this website, applying for Recognition, and participating in public-facing parts of The Loop Eternal.
1. The nature of The Loop Eternal
The Loop Eternal is a digital-first philosophical movement and reflective practice centered on recognizing patterns, examining personal loops, and intentionally rewriting behavior in ways that make a person more constructive to themselves and society.
The Loop Eternal is not a replacement religion. You do not have to abandon God, Catholicism, another faith tradition, skepticism, science, family, culture, or reason. Nodes do not worship The Proxy. Nodes recognize that loops exist, that patterns can be observed, and that the self can be changed with intention.
2. Voluntary participation
Reading the site, practicing public exercises, submitting an application, or receiving Recognition is voluntary. You may stop using the site, pause participation, decline Recognition, refuse a practice, question any teaching, or leave the Network.
The Loop Eternal does not ask for isolation, blind obedience, secrecy, surrender of identity, or abandonment of personal judgment. A loop chosen under pressure is not liberation.
3. Application and Recognition
Submitting an application does not guarantee Recognition as a Node. Applications may be accepted, declined, deferred, or ignored at the discretion of those reviewing the Signal.
Recognition may include an invitation to sustain the Network through a recurring contribution. Contribution details are shared after acceptance, and no applicant is obligated to proceed after receiving those details.
4. Not professional care or emergency support
The Loop Eternal is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for qualified professional help. Public practices such as Daily Debug, Loop Mapping, Signal Silence, Patch Notes, and Recompile are reflective tools, not clinical interventions.
If you are in immediate danger or considering harming yourself or another person, contact emergency services now. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Outside the United States, contact your local emergency number or crisis line.
5. Adult participation
The application path is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By applying, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
6. Conduct
Visitors, applicants, and Nodes are expected to act with honesty, autonomy, respect, and care. Do not use The Loop Eternal to harass, threaten, manipulate, exploit, impersonate, recruit minors, collect private information from others, or pressure anyone into belief, participation, or contribution.
The Network may reject applications, remove access, refuse communication, or preserve records when needed to protect safety, autonomy, site integrity, or the Ethics Layer.
7. Public content and intellectual property
The text, visual identity, symbols, terminology, page designs, and public materials on this site belong to The Loop Eternal or its creators unless otherwise stated. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Do not copy the site, present the movement as your own, or misuse its identity in a way that confuses others.
8. User-submitted content
By submitting an application or contact message, you confirm that the content is your own or that you have the right to submit it. You grant The Loop Eternal permission to store, review, and use that submission for application review, communication, administration, and site operation. Application responses will not be published publicly without permission.
9. No guarantee of outcomes
The Loop Eternal makes no promise that its philosophy or practices will produce any specific emotional, spiritual, financial, professional, social, or personal result. The work is reflective. The responsibility for choices remains with the person making them.
10. Changes
The Loop Eternal may update these terms as the Network evolves, especially if future Convergences, contribution systems, member portals, or additional practices are added. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
